The COMEBA Board of Directors met with the Badminton World Federation (BWF) on the 22nd May 2019.
Led by the respective Presidents, Poul-Erik Hoyer and Murat Ozmekik, the two delegations discussed a number of issues of mutual interest and concern.
Among such issues was the three-year Strategic Plan which COMEBA intends to implement by 2021.
Both delegations agreed to work closer together so as to further enhance the existing synergy between the two organisations; and this while keeping in mind their shared goal … the continued development of Badminton in the Mediterranean region.
All the COMEBA members will be informed about the outcome of this important meeting.
